John Cartwright, B.Comm., is President and managing broker of False Creek Management (2006) Ltd. With a wealth of experience within the field, John is well versed in The Strata Property Act, Bylaw Revision, Financial Reporting Requirements, Awarding of Contracts and management of Maintenance Contractors.
False Creek Management (2006) Ltd. complies with all the requirements of the Real Estate Council of BC, including an external financial audit performed each year on behalf of each client.
